I think the question is wrong somewhere because it can have 2 cases:
1) If A + B + C vectors = 0 then all vectors are of same magnitude and thus they form an equilateral triangle with each angle is equal to 60°
2) If 2 sides are equal and the left side is √2 times then they must be forming an isosceles right angle triangle.
