x-\sqrt{5} is a factor

dividing x^3-3\sqrt{5} x^{2}  +13x-3\sqrt{5} by x-\sqrt{5}  we get

quotient = x^{2} -2\sqrt{5}x+3 and remainder = 0

factorizing the quotient you will get your answer
