Answer:

a=5 , b=-2

Step-by-step explanation:

x^{2} +2x-3 is factor

so (x-1) (x+3) are factors too

Thus substituing there values as x

P(1)=0 ; x⁴+6x³+2ax²+bx-3a=0

we get equation b=a-7

P(-3)=0; x⁴+6x³+2ax²+bx-3a=0

we get second equation 15a-3b=81

now putting value of b into second equation we get 15a-3(a-7)= 81

12a=60

a=5

now b=a-7; b=5-7=-2
