= 3*10⁵ km/s

and we know Time = Distance / Speed

                                 = 1.5*10⁸ /  3*10⁵ km/s

                                 =  1.5*10³ / 3

                                 = 10³ / 2

                                 = 500seconds.

But Here Values are given Totally different so,

According to given Value :

                             Time = 1.5 * 108 / 3*10

                                       =  1.5 * 108 / 30

                                       =   108/20

                                       = 5.4 sec  which doesn't meet any option so I hope
