let x=1

p(1) = (1)⁴ -(1)³+(1)²+2(1)+6

= 1 - 1 + 1 + 2 + 6

p(1) = 9

let x=-1

p(-1) = (-1)⁴-(1)³+(-1)²+2(-1)+6

= 1-1+1-2+6

p(-1)= 5

p(1)-p(-1)= 9-5=4

p(0)=(0)⁴-(0)³+(0)²+2(0)+6

P(0)=6
