Given the quadratic equation
(k - 3)x2 + (k - 5)x - 5 = 0
where kis not equal to 3, find k so that

(i) One root of the equation is 3.
(ii)Sum of root is 4.
(iii) Product of root is - 3
(iv) Roots are equal.
(v) Roots are equal in magnitude but opposite in sign.​
