Given the reaction,
CaCO3+2HCL=CaCl2+H2O+CO2
If 10g of pure CaCO3 is added in a solution containing 7.665 gm of HCL.
1) Predict the limiting and excess reactants.
2) Calculate the number of moles of excess reactant left unreacted.
3) Calculate the volume of CO2 gas produced at NTP.
4) Calculate the mass of NaOH gas required to absorb whole of the CO2 gas as NO2CO3. (Atomic mass of Ca=40, C=12, O=16, Cl=35.5, H=1)
