If we have a sequence of DNA nucleotide bases TTAGCCTTG, its complimentary strand would be AAUCGGAAC.

In RNA, we do not have thymine which is why adenine makes a bond with uracil.

Messenger RNA is a single stranded RNA and after its formation it leaves the nucleus and attach to ribosome for the formation of proteins.

The complementary stand of mRNA is AAUCGGAAC

Explanation:

As, we know that in DNA, Adenine make pair with Thymine and Guanine is paired with Cytosine.

But in case of RNA,Adenine pairs with Uracil instead of Thymine.
