Yes other two measurements can be deduced

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say ΔABC ≈ ΔPQR

=> AB/PQ = BC/QR  = AC/PR

Now ABC is small triangle

so we can measure AB  , BC & AC

Now one of the side of PQR is known accurately

Let say PQ is known

Hence we know Value of PQ/AB = k

=> AB/PQ = 1/k

=> AB/PQ = BC/QR  = AC/PR = 1/k

=>  QR = k * BC

    PR = k * AC

now k , BC & AC are known

Hence QR & PR can be found
