Given x – 1 be factor of polynomial p x^{2}+q x+r=0 and value of \frac{p^{7}+q^{7}+r^{7}}{\left(p^{3}+q^{3}+r^{3}\right)\left(p^{4}+q^{4}+r^{4}\right)}=\frac{m}{n} where 13m, 13n are natural numbers and m + n ≠ 13 then find minimum integral value of m + n.
