v=4t-8

at t=1

v=4×1-8=-4m/s

speed=4m/s

and.....

since direction of velocity change at 2 sec so total distance and displacement are differ i.e.distance=10m and displacement=6m

so avg speed=10/3m/s

and avg velocity=6/3=2m/s
