p(x) = m {x}^{3} +{m}^{2}  {x}^{2} +  {m}^{3}x -  {m}^{4}  \\ p(m) = m {m}^{3}  +  {m}^{2}  {m}^{2}  +  {m}^{3} m -  {m}^{4}  \\  =  { m }^{4}  +  {m}^{4}  +  {m}^{4}  -  {m}^{4}  \\  = 2 {m}^{4}
