EXAMPLE FOR PHYSICAL CHANGE:

Melting of ice. Because when ice is being melted, it can be converted into ice by keeping it in freezer.

EXAMPLE FOR CHEMICAL CHANGE:

Burning of paper. Because when a paper is burnt it turns into Ash and cannot be converted again into paper.
