All three N, P and As belong to group 15 of periodic table and have one lone pair and three bond pairs on formation of NH3, PH3 and AsH3 respectively.

But the order of electronegativity is N>P>As.

Above order results in lone pair being tightly held by the atom (N, P, As).

This causes repulsion between bond pair and lone pair due to which bond angle decreases in order.

NH3> PH3>AsH3
