According to me this scenario is true because the developing countries of the world are trying at  all means  to eradicate poverty by adopting some means of economic developments in terms  of machinery and subsidizing the money generating project with the help non governmental organizations. Use of computers for instance will help in producing the quality products that will not loose the markets hence creating a sense economic development.It will creates jobs to those unemployed hence enhancing their daily livelihood
