Answer:

Globalization has an irreversible impact on people globally, irrespective of their gender, origin, and profession.

Explanation:

In modern times, globalization has come up as one of the most contested yet inevitable processes that has an impact on almost every walk of life.

It results in the interconnectedness of global and local processes with the free, rapid flows of information, finances, economy, culture, technology, etc.

The obvious consequence of such interconnectedness are fraught with dangerous potents for those societies.  Such societies are, thus, finding themselves in highly uncomfortable positions amid the wake of rapid and large scale restructuring of socio-economic and cultural systems.

In other words, while contemplating the causes and consequences of the process, many a times, we tend to interplay, if not ignore fully, the implications of the process of globalization for various sections of the society.
