Glucose is a Biomolecule which doesn’t have any alddehyde groups as the shiff’s reagent is used to reduce the simply aldehyde groups. The other erason is that due to the very bulky size of te sulphate ion.
So glucose does not react with Schiff`s base and does not give pink colour with schiff reagent.
