Glycolysis :

TCA cycle ( TriCarboxylic Acid cycle ) :

  1. TCA cycle occurs in the mitochondria .
  2. Molecules of CO2 , H2O , NADH2 and FADH2 are formed .
  3. It is also called as Kreb's cycle .
  4. Carbon dioxide is released .
