pulmonary vein is a vein comes towards left atrium of heart by traveling from lungs. Hence it contains oxygenated blood ( exception).

pulmonary artery is artery which arises from right atrium and carry deoxygenated blood (exception).

heart has four chambers, two auricles (atriums), and two ventricles ( both left and right).

Valves prevents backflow of blood.

Tricuspid valve is valve between right atrium and right ventricle.
