for example: silk textiles, jute textiles, cotton textiles etc.

2. mineral based industry: those industries use mineral ores as their raw materials into a finished product.

for example: aluminium industry, cement industry etc are mineral based industries.

1. public sector industry: those industries which are owned by the government or different agencies.

for example: (BHEL), (SAIL) etc

2. joint sector industry: those industries that are managed and owned jointly by the private firms and govt. agencies.
