Go to any railway reservation counter or any placed where bills or other payments are made . Youwill see that there are seperate queues for elderly people and women . In buses run by state authorities , there are seats reserved for handicapped and alsofor women passengers . Should these facilities be provided? Do these special provisions violate the right to equality ?

yes it does as men understand that they are are superior than women and so the don't let woman to have her own sit and would sit there let women stand in the whole journey and if we talk about elder people they should be respected and as they are old they are weak and so the lower seats are provided to them .
it's according to my opinion

latika5: but is it the equality ?
cuttee: mm..yaah but not totally ( for women)
