Go to any railway reservation counter or places where bills or other payments are made. You will see that there are separate queues for elderly people and women. In buses run by state authorities, there are seats reserved for the handicapped and also for women passengers. Should these facilities be provided? Do these special provisions violate the Right to Equality? Explain.

Answer:

I think it is a good initiative

if-Seat is given to a senior citizen ( male or female)

Seat is given to a pregnant woman.

Seat is given to parents having small kids.

Exhausted people who look like they're about to collapse (may it be a guy or a girl).

Harassment of women is synonymous to buses and trains.

No guy can get the disgust we feel when we are groped and blamed

about that too.

You are not subjected to it.

It is wrong only if mindless healthy people hope that someone else should give up their seat for them.

Any person,irrespective of their gender.

If you're a guy, I'm sorry if you're tired at the end of the day and crib for a seat.

If a girl is requesting you to give her your seat, please gauge her expressions. She might be cramping due to periods. Or she might be pregnant.

This is not a free ticket to seats but yeah, you are priveleged to not experience them.

If you're a girl, you should give your seat to someone if you see they need it and you don't. Don't ask guys to give up their seats when you're capable of standing on your feet. They're as human as you.
