Here it comes that if you have some ideas for a student in goal setting than u must help him or guide him to come out with a goal.
make sure that you have students set specific goal that they will be able to accomplish.
3)TEACH STUDENT FOR CREATING A PLAN OR CREATIVE WORK:
once u help them with setting a goal than now u have to guide them for this goal to be done,so help them to creating a plan for such goals.
4) CELEBRATE SUCCESS OR APPRECIATE FOR THEIR SUCCESS:
when student come out with their plans and goals with a hard work they surely will get success so not you have to appreciate their hardwork and celebrate their success in class room with other so they will also get motivate.
