god lives in the panch it means that the panch who has been selected , is selected with a trust.and whilegiving justice there should be no fixing.if one is the enemy of panch and in the case he has done nothing and is innocent.then the panch have to givejustice to his enemy .
it is nothing matter whether he has done crime or not.just like it of friend , if the panch's friend has done crime and he thinks that his friend will not give himm punishment . but this is not possible .a panch have to always give justice with the truth.
therefore we can say that panch neither knows friendship and enmity.
