4800 cuboid boxes can be stored into the godown

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Length of Godown; L= 56 m

           Breadth of Godown; B = 42 m

           Height of Godown,H = 10 m

Length of box; l= 2.8 m

Breadth of box; b = 2.5 m

Height of box,h = 70 cm  = 0.7 m

Now

As we know volume of cuboid is given by = l\times b\times h

where l is length , b is breadth and h is height of cuboid

Therefore we have

\text {Number of boxes}=\dfrac{\text {Volume of godown}}{\text {Volume of box}} \\\\\Rightarrow \text {Number of boxes}=\dfrac{L\times B\times H}{l\times b\times h} =\dfrac{56\times 42\times 10}{2.8\times 2.5\times 0.7} =4800

Hence, 4800 cuboid boxes can be stored into the godown
