Gold mines are not found in Gujarat but they are found in Karnataka. Kolar Gold mines in Karnataka is famous for gold recovery.
It has many other mines too. Hutti is another place. It is in Raichur district.
Apart from Karnataka gold is also found in Andhra Pradesh and Jharkhand and very small quantities are found in Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh.
