golu ne aadha petrol aur aadha pani lekar ek misran banaya usne ek kapre ko is misran mai bhigo diya iske bad ek machis ki tali se ise jalaya aag lagi par kapra nahi jala esa kesa huwa hoga answer​

Because of the water layer ... as we know that petrol and water are immiscible so they don't get mixed and the petrol just keeps floating on the water ... so when a cloth is kept in this solution and then burnt with a match stick ... so then first petrol will burn and after wards water and that's why it takes time to burn the cloth.
