First of all you've to stretch your hands as well as your legs then only you can perform this aasana. If you're facing problems or have hand fractures crams don't perform this. After stretching try to sit in Padmasana and move your legs as shown above. Then slowly move your left hands in backward direction as shown and try to grab your other hand as shown.
