My question is:
What languages can you speak? Write something about your Mother Tongue.

My answer is:
I can speak fluent English, Hindi, Bengali and Japanese. Right now, I am learning German, Persian and French.
My Mother Tongue is Hindi (though, I am a Bengali :-D). Something about my Mother Tongue is - Hindi, or more precisely Modern Standard Hindi, is an Indo-Aryan language spoken chiefly in India. It has been described as a standardised and Sanskritised register of the Hindustani language, which itself is based primarily on the Khariboli dialect of Delhi and neighbouring areas of Northern India.
