Ram Pothineni was born to Murali Pothineni and his wife Padmasree. He is the nephew of Telugu film producer Sravanthi Ravi Kishore.Ram Pothineni is an Indian film actor who is known for his works in Telugu cinema. He made his debut with Devadasu (2006) which won him a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South.
