a) oxidation state of KMnO4
=> 1 + x + 4(-2) = 0
=> 1 + x -8 = 0
=> x - 7 = 0
=> x = +7
so, oxidation state of KMnO4 is +7
b) oxidation state of K2MnO
=> 2 +x + 4(-2) = 0
=> 2+ x- 8 =0
=> x - 6 = 0
=> x = +6
so, oxidation state of K2MnO4 is +6
c) oxidation state of
=> x + 4 (-2) = -2
=> x - 8 = -2
=> x = -2+8
=> x = +6
so, oxidation state of is +6
d) oxidation state of
