do you wanna be happy in your life from morning to night?
then let's see some morning routine which will make your life wonderful...
this morning routine is tried by me ... it was just amazing...pls try it...
morning routine :
wake up at 7.00
make your bed
fresh up and brush
drink 1 glass of water
water plants
do simple exercise
do not touch your phone for 2 hours
sit in morning sunlight for vitamin d by hearing your favorite music
go to bath ....
so these are your morning routine you all must follow ....
just try it and see the result...
