HI FRIEND HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

THE FAIREST WAY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE WILL ONLY BE CLEAR ONCE WE ALL AGREE ABOUT WHAT THE ISSUES IS.NONE OF THE STAKEHOLDERS AGREE ON WHAT THE ISSUES IS .

THE ISSUES HAS HISTORICAL,RELIGIOUS,POLITICAL,SOCIAL,ECONOMIC,LEGAL,ABD ECHONOMICAL ANGLES .

THE KASHMIR VALLEY IS 7.1PERCENT OF THE AREA OF THE WHOLE ERSTWHILE PRINCELY THE STATE OF J AND K (AND THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE KASHMIR VALLEY IS WHERE THE DEMAND TO CREATE A COUNTRY IS THE LOUDEST.) SO THIS INSURGENSY IN THE KASHMIR VALLEY IS NOT HAPPENING IN THE REMAINING 93 PERCENT OF J AND K , BUT ABOUT LESS THAN 7 PERCENT OF THE STATE'S AREA. THIS ISSUES BACK TO THE LATE 1980s WHEN zia WAS IN POWER IN PAKISTAN WHEN THE TALIBAN FIGHTING THE SOVIET FORCES AFTER THE END OF afghan war WERE PUSHED INTO KASHMIR ' TO LIBERATE IT FROM INDIA ' .

THE INTERNATIONAL DISPUTES BY PAKISTAN AGAINST J AND K'S ACCESSION TO INDIA IS FOR THE WHOLE OF J AND K - NOT JUST THE KASHMIR VALLEY . THIS DISPUTE DATES BACK TO 1947.

BY CALLING IN THE 'KASHMIR PROBLEM ', PAKISTANIS USUALLY TREATS THESE TWO AS IDENTICAL ISSUES WHICH THEY ARE NOT - ALTHOUGH THEY ARE RELATED TO EACH OTHERS.

NOW WHAT IS THE SOLUTIION OF THE INTERNATIONAL DISPUTE BY PAKISTAN AGAINST J AND K ' s ACCESSION TO INDIA ? LET US LOOK AT THE HISTORY .

INDEPENDENT INDIA WAS PARTITIONED ( as soon as it attained independence IN 1947 ) TO CREATE A NEW COUNTRY PAKISTAN . THE PARTITIONS WAS ONLY FOR THE BRITISH CONTROLLED PROVINCES , NOT FOR THE AUTONOMOUS PRINCELY STATES.

PAKISTANIS HAVE THE WRONG BELEIF THAT THE PARTITION PLAN ( TO DIVIDED INDEPENDENT INDIA INTO MUSLIM PAKISTAN AND SECULAR INDIA ) APPLIED TO THE PRINCELY STATES AS WELL, BUT THIS IS A WRONG ASSUMPTION . WEATHER J AND K IS MUSLIM MAJORITY OR NOT THEREFORE HAD NO RELEVANCE , AS THE PRINCELY STATES WERE NOT PART OF THE PARTITION

HOPE THIS HELP U VERY MUCH OR NOT SO I SAY SORRY IF NOT CORRECT AND HELPFULL.

BYYYYEEEEEE FRIEND
