good body posture refers to the curves of spin in a healthy position. The spine is a curved column of

vertebral bodies which gives support to the body. The flexibility of the spine allows the body to rotate, flex

forward and backward. Proper position of the vertebra and disc provide a good posture. Any displacement of

the disc or the vertebra leads to posture deformation. Poor posture can lead to increased stress on soft tissues

like discs, muscles, ligaments etc.
