\frac{ {3}^{4} \times {3}^{2x} }{ {3}^{3} } = 1 \:  \\  \frac{ {3}^{4 + 2x} }{ {3}^{3} }  = 1 \\  {3}^{4 + 2x - 3}  = 1 \\  {3}^{1 + 2x}  = 1 \\  {3}^{2x}  \times 3 = 1 \\  {3}^{2x}  =  \frac{1}{3}   \\      {3}^{2x} =  {3}^{ - 1}  \\ 2x =  - 1 \\ x =  -  \frac{1}{2}

\huge {\mathfrak{Answer}}

First of all cross multiply

\sf 3^{4}×3^{2x}=3^{3} \\ \\<br /><br />\sf If\:base\:is\:equal\:you\:can \\\sf remove\:the \:base \:and\:write \\ \sf only\:the\:exponent \\ \\<br /><br />\sf \implies 4+2x=3 \\ \\<br /><br />\sf \implies 2x=3-4=-1 \\ \\<br /><br />\sf \implies x=\dfrac {-1}{2}

Hence Mr.x=-1/2

❤hope it helps you ❤
