Let the combined age of two children be "a" years.
Then age of father = twice as the sum of ages of two children=2a
After twenty years,sum of childrens' age = a + 20
Then fathers age = 2a + 20
So father's age will be equal to addition  of childrens
a+20=2a+20
20-20=2a-a
0=a
see children's age cannot be 0,right,its so insanely crazy
.....ask ur teacher 'bout it.....if it's the wrong answer,u can report it if u want....
