Q) Why in short circuit voltage is 0 and current be infinity.

Ideally a short circuit has zero resistance, Practically this resistance usually ranges between 0.001 ohm to 0.10 ohm or even more. For all these cases it is very small and can be assumed as 0.
The voltage drop of any component is directly proportional to the resistance. Now in case of short circuit, the voltage goes to zero. Since Power is always constant, the current rises to highest practically possible value (Theoretically it is infinite) and practically it ranges between hundreds of amperes to thousands of amperes.

due to excess of current passing through the circuit short circuit is caused...hence due to excess of current passing through the circuit voltage becomes 0 and current become infinity...
