good evening guys... actually I m in 8 ND I can't understand what is menstrual?

Menstrual period is the time when a flow if blood is seen coming out from the inner lining of the womb. it happens during puberty or the age of sexual maturity

when puberty starts in girl, one of the two ovaries release a ova, ovum, or an egg
if the ova gets fertilised with the sperm then the women is said to be pregnant and if not then the egg is expelled out from the vagina with the blood vessels
this is called mesturation
