I have a question regarding improve English writing and vocabulary

Does English classes are really helpful to improve English knowledge and communication skills

The secret of a good vocabulary is that u should read and read a lot novels and even english newspapers will help. Try speaking in english as frequently as possible. Listen to english conversations.It is ur wish to join classes or not but in my opinion u can improve ur english skills and vocabulary by following the above steps.
