..AP and PB are two tangents respectively..,, since ,, Tangent is _|_ to the radius of the circle..

hence 0A _|_ PA and OB _|_ PB...

hence, <OAP = <0BP = 90°


In quadrilateral PAOB,

<PAO + <PBO + <APB +<AOB = 360°

90° + 90° + <AOB + 40° = 360°

<AOB = 360° - 220°

<AOB = 140°
,,,

since we know that angle subtended at the center of circle..is double that of the angle subtend at the other end of circle....

hence...<AQB= 1/2<AOB...

HENCE,, <AQB = 1/2× 140°

<AQB = 70°.....
