In klinefelter an additinal x chromosome is present resulting in xxy they exhibit both male and female characters.

in downs additional copy of 21st chromosome is present i.e. 21st of chromosome will hv 3chromosomes instead of 2

in turners ,The sex chromosome i.e. 23rd pair will hv xo instead xx
