It refreshes our mind and makes us smart and active. If we can do some light exercise also, would be great. To see birds fly, bees buzzing around beautiful flowers, green leaves dancing, the ducks swimming in the ponds, canals full of water, sweet music of the birds chirping early in the morning is good for our eyes and mind. When we start going for walks regularly, only then we will enjoy mother nature the most.
