Actually speaking these are not Festivals in one way mainly because we dont celebrate them. But in fact these are the days in which we commemorate in the memory of a great soul. These days are declared as SECULAR holidays in India.

good friday is a festival for christians whereas ambedkar jayanthi is the day which we celebrate as a tribute paying to him for his service done to our country by stepping forward in writting indian constitution.
