the good habit of eating is firstly you wash your hand with hand wash and eat food with spoon and fock then when you food is finish then clean your mouth properly and when you finish the food then drink water

first wash ur hand before eating food and use spoon or fock for eating and always eat healthy food in place of junk food and after eating again wash ur hands...
