According to the fifth five year plan that was planned by our ex Prime Minister Mr Manmohan Singh.....was a very good plan for the people who are below poverty..due to the mid day meal scheme was also introduced according to which the students will get to eat the lunch in the schools that are provided by the government....but this proved to be very wrong for sometime because the persons for whom the these institutions has been opened they were unable to take any advantage of such plan where as the people who are in the middle class or in the higher class they used to send their students and they used to go there and study and also they took the advantage of mid day meal schemes....
actually it is not the problem of the government that it introduces such problem it is very good program actually for the people who are below poverty line but it is necessary that the people who are below poverty line must also know about such ideas that are provided by the government in order to improvise the lifestyle of the below poverty line people.
Government is implementing very good ideas but it is the duty of a well educated citizens that we must ensure that all the poor people are getting the advantage of such plants that are introduced by our government
