Good manners are very important to oil the machine of life. It reams us respect. Manners like saying 'Please' if you are asking something and  say 'Thankyou' if you are taking something from someone. It also includes recpect elders who are older then you. also to be polite with the younger once who are small to  you. It creates a civility to you. you should have patience to stand in long queues. This is a moral obligation that every person must have in his/her life. Bad  manners creates a bitterness in everyone's  life whereas Good manners creates a sweet relation.
