1)Ans:- REFLEX ACTION
i. It is spontaneous and involuntary response to a stimulus.
ii. It is the response of the spinal cord.
iii. Its intensity cannot be changed.
iv. It increases the survival and protective values of an organism.
WALKING
i. It is acquired through learning and is a voluntary response.
ii. It is controlled by the brain (hindbrain).
iii. Its intensity can be changed.
iv. It is concerned with locomotion.
2)Ans:-A synapse is the gap between the two neurons. At synapse the electrical signals converted into chemicals that can easily cross over the gap and pass on to the next neurons where it again converted into electrical signals.
