• Four functions of ILO are ;-

1)  To promote social justice and internationally recognized human and labour rights.

2) It aims to achieve decent work for all by promoting social dialogue, social protection and employment creation, as well as respect for international labour standards.

3) The ILO takes care of the implementation of ILO Conventions ratified by member states. 

4) It ILO provides technical support to more than 100 countries to help achieve their goals.
