Average number = sum of observation / No of observation
So,
1.45 = sum / 5
Sum of all heights = 7.25
If one of them is removed then average is = 1.44
So,
1.44 = sum / 5
Sum of 4 heights = 5.76
Clearly,
Height of student who left = Sum of all height - sum of 4 students height
= 7.25 - 5.76
= 1.49

Answer:
Average height of 5 people= 1.45
Average = Sum of the observation ÷ No. of observations
Average of the five people=
x (Sum of the heights) ÷ 5
Sum of the heights= 1.45×5
=7.25
1 person left
Average of the height of the remaining people= 1.44
Sum of the heights now= 1.44×4=
5.76
Thus, the person who left has a height of
7.25-5.76= 1.49
Thank you
