Prevention means precautionary measure, and cure means recovery from illness. We take medicine to cure our disease. Once we give vent to medicine we cannot escape from its grip . So, it is better to avoid taking medicine. Instead of taking medicine, we must take some measures so that we don't fell in illness. So care must be taken to prevent illness from attacking our body .

The proverb has also a great bearing on our life . We should guard against our bad habits. Man should be alert against some bad incidents . It is sure that if we become careless a bad incident may happen and we may suffer.

Prevention is always better than cure. If we know that something can become dangerous with the passage of time, it is better to take precautionary measures to deal with the danger.

Maintaining one's health is a habit that a person should take from his childhood. We must remember the adage "Prevention is better than cure" at every stage of our lives.

"Prevention" means, Prevention and "cure" means to correct those things which are troublesome or harmful such as eating right, regular exercise, staying away from bad habits. Should be done throughout life. Apart from this, it is also a good habit for a person to conduct his medical examination in a polluted environment these days.
